. Product Management:
o Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
o Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely restocking of popular items and removal of discontinued products.
o Collaborate with the brands team to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Order Processing:
o Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipping.
o Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track and manage shipments, resolving any issues that may arise.
o Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
3. Customer Support:
o Provide exceptional customer service.
o Address and resolve Channels inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
o Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
o Handle monthly statistics collected from the different channels.
o Collect information to draw important insights and improve business.
o In charge of Local Production Items including timely fulfillment, shipping and stock levels.
o In charge of local purchases.
