Receptionist

SRC, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Receptionist.  This role involves providing support to various employees and departments in the daily execution of company needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing various tasks and projects as needed in a high-paced environment.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Answer, screen, and route telephone calls 
  • Greet and badge visitors and guests  
  • Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms in Microsoft Outlook  
  • Process vendor payments, requisitions, and other electronic forms (eForms) as needed 
  • Review and process catering requests 
  • Procure office supplies, equipment, and related facility needs 
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks 
  • Maintain filing systems to safeguard complete and accurate records
  • Compile data for reports 
  • Distribute mail
  • Additional responsibilities/tasks as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0+ years related experience
  • Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Selected candidate must be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $36,000 to $41,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
