Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing and developing Power BI solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Power BI environments, including workspace management, user access, and security.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues related to data models, queries, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Administrator/Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Service, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
