    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in fueling our success by identifying and qualifying potential clients, helping them discover the value of our industry-leading solutions. You'll be the first point of contact, engaging with leads, sparking interest, and setting the stage for successful client relationships—all while hitting exciting goals and making an impact.

    • Drive New Business: Engage potential clients daily through outbound calls and emails, sparking interest in our innovative products and services.
    • Qualify & Connect: Identify high-potential leads and transition them smoothly to our sales team for conversion.
    • Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed monthly goals for setting up demos, scheduling appointments, and building a strong sales pipeline.

    *This position does require you to be located in the Greater Phoenix area as this is a hybrid position that is in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma, college degree preferred 
    • Ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and a true desire to speak to prospective clients 
    • Strong written, verbal and presentation/communication skills, including to both executive and technical audiences 
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and basic spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail 
    • Preferred:  Experience in carrying and attaining a sales quota 

    Additional Information

    The hourly rate for this position is $20-22/hr. This role is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan which will contribute to your overall compensation. In addition to base salary and variable compensation, Spear offers a full range of perks and benefits highlighted below.
