Purpose

As Paid Media Specialist at Spabreaks.com, you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns across our core digital channels, utilising a multi-million pound budget. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of our high-value paid media channels, ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional results against key performance metrics while maintaining efficiency with our substantial marketing investment.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented digital marketer who thrives in our fast-growing business environment and is passionate about making a significant impact on our accelerating customer acquisition through innovative paid media tactics across large-scale accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (including YouTube), Meta Ads and Bing Ads to meet performance targets and drive incremental growth
  • Manage day-to-day operations of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, including budget pacing, bid management, and ad copy testing
  • Analyse campaign performance data using tools such as GA4, Tableau & in channel metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights to inform optimisation decisions
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to align paid media activities with overall multi-funnel strategy
  • Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets for various platforms, including YouTube Ad & Meta Ads
  • Stay updated on platform updates and industry trends to implement best practices across campaigns
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within our marketing team and the wider business.

Skills

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media with proven results
  • Proficient in managing multiple Google Ads accounts across all channels, including Search, YouTube, Shopping, and Display. 
  • Extensive experience with Bing Ads and Meta Ads, demonstrating proficiency in optimising campaigns across different platforms.
  • A strong understanding of how different paid media channels influence one another, across various stages of the marketing funnel,  with the ability to develop integrated strategies for maximum impact.
  • Proficient in utilising GA4 to report on campaign performance, with the ability to extract actionable insights from analytics data.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects according to a roadmap, effectively managing timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments within the organisation.
  • Proactive approach to reviewing data to identify risks and opportunities, demonstrating a keen analytical mindset.
  • Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of supporting the department head in the implementation of strategies aimed at driving growth towards the business KPIs.
