Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology team. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users across campus.
  • Maintain and support computer hardware, software, and network systems.

  • Provide training and technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Document technical processes and user guides for reference.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives that enhance university operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
