Job Description

Microsoft Office forms the backbone of many business operations, and as a Customer Service Officer, you make full use of it to support clients efficiently and professionally. You are well-versed in applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote, and know how to use them to manage customer files accurately, maintain clear communication, and streamline processes. With tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, you ensure smooth internal collaboration and efficient information exchange.

At Sopra Steria, Customer Service Officers play a central role in providing high-quality support to clients. You are in daily contact with both customers and internal teams, handling inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Thanks to your customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills, you not only assist the client effectively but also contribute to the growth and quality of Sopra Steria.

Qualifications

We’re seeking passionate colleagues who are eager to push the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting. At Sopra Steria, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a constructive, collaborative team environment, working on impactful projects that drive change for our clients. If you thrive on challenge and meet (most of) the qualifications below, we look forward to your application!

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or a relevant equivalent  
  • Experience: entry level to 3 years relevant experience   
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools  
  • Languages: Dutch & French (required), English desirable
