Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect PST (Remote, USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized business and technical consultation to customers, guiding them in achieving their objectives with Grafana
• Manage the lifecycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings, ensuring world-class experiences
• Monitor ongoing customer support, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with product teams for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in deployment teams using project management techniques
• Direct experience with observability (o11y) and best practices for deploying an o11y stack
• Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, especially in enterprise o11y implementations
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and systems architecture design
• Software engineering experience or ability to read code (GoLang/JS/TypeScript)
