Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer to maintain and enhance technology solutions for restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance software by building internal tools that improve customer support and optimize workflows
• Support engineering partners by serving as a liaison and troubleshooting issues
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving platform issues to ensure efficient performance for customers

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software development experience
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React with 1+ years of professional experience
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience writing automated tests using RSpec or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with databases and ability to retrieve data via a Rails Console
