Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tools to improve sales, eligibility, and enrollment operations
• Deliver high-quality web application code while maintaining site stability through code reviews and testing
• Collaborate with AI experts to integrate AI into existing systems and participate in on-call rotations for system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in writing readable, tested, and efficient code
• Experience with Ruby or Python and front-end frameworks like React or Vue
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Exposure to AI development tools and willingness to learn new technologies
