Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to support enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components, including workflows and forms
• Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations between the CRM and external systems
• Participate in Agile team activities and assist in troubleshooting production issues

Required Qualifications

• Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
• 3-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in enterprise applications or CRM platforms
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and basic customization
• Working knowledge of C#/.NET development and SQL Server
• Familiarity with ReactJS/TypeScript or other modern frontend frameworks
