Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build production applications using Elixir or other modern programming languages as part of cross-functional XP teams
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers through pair programming and agile practices
• Support production applications and participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer in a professional, team-based environment
• Exposure or passion for XP practices such as pair programming and test-driven development
• Full stack development experience with expertise in at least one modern programming language and application framework
• Ability to mentor and foster growth within the organization
• Willingness to learn about emerging technologies and practices
