Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst or Business Analyst on complex software systems (preferably SaaS)
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, solutioning, technical documentation, and hands-on testing
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Postman, and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
