We are looking for a Customer Success & Product Support Specialist to join our high caliber team.

 

Your Role:

As a Customer Success & Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most value out of our platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through our software, answering their questions, and helping them overcome any challenges they face. Your role will be crucial in driving user satisfaction, retention, and overall product adoption

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Experience in customer support, product onboarding, or technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience in customer support, product onboarding, or technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude in enhancing user experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HR software (preferred but not required).
  • Basic technical skills (e.g., understanding of APIs, integrations, or cloud platforms) are a plus.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Sales).
  • Proficiency in English
