We do this by managing their social media (so they don’t have to post every day), responding to customer reviews (especially the spicy ones), and making sure their business info is accurate everywhere people search for them — like Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other apps people use to decide where to eat.
We’ve been doing this work since 2012, and we’re proud to partner with independently-owned restaurants all over the country. We’re based in Chico, CA, and while some of our team works remotely, our sales team works together in-person from our office — which also happens to be a 100-year-old ballroom. (Yes, really.)

We're hiring two part-time Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to join forces as a sales pod — working the same shift, side by side, calling restaurants and setting up demos for our team. You'll be the first point of contact for restaurant owners who (probably) have never heard of us, and your job is to get their attention, keep it, and book a meeting. Simple in theory. Tough in practice. But very doable with the right mindset — and we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
You’ll be cold calling restaurants. A lot. If that scares you, this probably isn’t your thing. But if you're the type who likes a challenge, doesn’t mind hearing "no" a bunch, and gets a rush when someone says "yes," you’ll do great.
You’ll be working in-person at our Chico office, Monday through Thursday, from 9 AM to 1 PM. That’s 16 hours a week — just enough to stay sharp, consistent, and make a real impact without overloading your calendar.
We’ll coach you hard, cheer you on, and expect you to hold your own. If you do well, there’s a clear path to become a full-time Sales Executive (closing deals and making more money). We want to promote from within — this is where it starts.

This is a part-time, in-person role at our office in downtown Chico, CA.
You’ll be working the same 9:00 AM–1:00 PM shift, Monday–Thursday, as your SDR teammate — because it’s way more fun (and effective) to learn and hustle together.
We’ll provide training, a clear path to promotion, and regular coaching to help you succeed. If you do well, there’s room to grow into a full-time Sales Executive role where you can take on the full sales cycle and grow your income significantly.
