Logistics Coordinator

Your responsibilities at snuggs:

The main objective of the Logistics Coordinator role is to cover and drive cooperation with our 3PL partner, to care about flows of products to our customers and clients. This position manages the smooth collaboration between warehouses, clients, and in-house teams.

• Key account management with our 3PL partner and managing their WMS 
• Optimization of processes.
• Implementing new processes and reporting in order to improve tracking of all stock movements (orders, packing list, invoices, prices).
• Carrier and supplier selection and their effective cost management.
• Concluding and managing contracts with suppliers, transport providers, price negotiations.
• Leading the logistics part in new projects such as new market opening or new distribution channel.
• Full responsibility for timely delivery and cost efficiency.

• Have experience in logistic management with a 3PL partner in a similar position (fulfilment).
• Is able to work independently on multiple tasks and prioritise new emergencies.
• Has an analytical approach - numbers are key for understanding flows.
• Is able to drive a change and start from scratch if needed.
• Has great communication skills - you're a problem solver able to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Is experienced in negotiating terms and acquiring new suppliers.
• Speaks Czech fluently (day-to-day communication with our suppliers).
• Can communicate in English without any problems (our main team language is English).
• Proficiency with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
• Experience with any WMS and  ABRA, Slack, and Asana is an advantage.
