Your responsibilities at snuggs:

• Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Source and book photographers, stylists, models, and other production crew members.
• Secure and coordinate locations, permits, and necessary production elements.
• Organize and track samples, props, and equipment, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure the vision is executed efficiently.
• Troubleshoot on-set challenges and provide real-time solutions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to align production goals.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines.
• Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, retouching, and asset delivery.

• Proven experience in creative production, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or commercial industries.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously.
• Budgeting and financial planning experience for productions of various scales.
• Strong logistical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coordinate international shoots, particularly in the Czech Republic, UK, Germany and in the Netherlands.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Knowledge of production workflows, from shoot preparation to post-production.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing project needs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Proficiency in production management tools and software (Trello, Asana, Google Suite, etc.).
• Great communication skills in English
