Smart Contract Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Security Engineer, Smart Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and security reviews of complex staking, slashing, EigenPods, and reward distribution contracts
• Build tooling, fuzzers, and formal verification pipelines to identify vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with protocol researchers and core engineers to enhance security features

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and common vulnerabilities
• Experience with developer tools for smart contract applications (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry)
• Strong testing skills and experience with testing frameworks for smart contracts
• Experience with production deployments of non-trivial protocols and security audits
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams
