Sleed, a 360° digital marketing agency with more than 10 years of field experience, strategic partner of Google & Meta and a TikTok Certified Agency, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a Strategy & Account Manager.
The candidate will join the Strategy & Account team, responsible for managing and growing a diversified portfolio of clients, while ensuring alignment between business goals and digital strategy. The role involves both client-facing responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration within the agency.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in performance-driven projects, able to stand confidently in front of clients and lead strategic initiatives. The candidate will also mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with the Strategy & Account Director.
Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership of mix Client Portfolio
- Manages the daily strategy and execution for clients
- Builds strong relationships and becomes a trusted advisor over time
- Supports the development and execution of strategic roadmaps
- Contributes to strategic planning and may co-lead Pioneer accounts alongside the Director
Commercial & Clients Portfolio PnL
- Supports portfolio growth by identifying opportunities within accounts
- Monitors account performance and profitability
- Shares input on resource planning and collaborates with leadership on priorities
Internal Alignment & Collaboration
- Act as the link between client strategy and internal strategy & execution teams
- Ensure client goals are understood and aligned across departments
Key Contact for Client Communication
- Strategic client exposure in meetings or calls
- Provide expert input on business or marketing challenges
Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Monitor client happiness through communication & intervene early
- Own the renewal and retention process
Team Leadership & Oversight
- Guide Strategy & Account Executive, mentor their development & ensure consistency in delivery and communication across all tiers
- 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in performance-based projects (ROAS, ROI, Lead Generation)
- Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and digital portfolios
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of portfolio P&L and agency operations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, Creative, Tech, Content)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar field
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.

- Experience in eCommerce, Brand Building or B2B marketing
- Google Ads, Meta or Google Analytics certifications
