Social Media and Community Manager

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and engagement-driven Social Media and Community Manager to join our team at Skylr Infinite. You’ll play a crucial role in growing and engaging our brands, Valkence and Waivly, by creating captivating content across a variety of social media platforms, managing and engaging with our community, running events, and building initiatives that keep activity high. Responsibilities

• Analyzing social media performance and optimizing content strategies

• Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages

• Creating engaging content across a variety of social media platforms

• Staying updated with social media trends and platform changes

• Managing community engagement and keeping activity high

• Contributing to brand-building efforts through social content

• Building and nurturing relationships within our community

• Hosting occasional live streams, Q&As, and virtual events

• Collaborating with the team to create newsletter content

• Running community initiatives, campaigns, and events

• Has proven experience in social media management and community engagement

• Is based in Egypt, however we may explore other locations for the right candidate

• Can create engaging content and optimize strategies for different platforms

• Understands social media trends, analytics, and growth strategies

• Has experience running campaigns, events, and live streaming

• Is ready to jump in and make a real impact on our brands

• Is comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

• Has strong collaboration skills for cross-team work

Compensation

As we’re a new and emerging startup, this is a freelance, part-time role with compensation in the form of vested equity after 2 months. We also offer a revenue-share deal structure as soon as you join, which will apply as we hit various milestones. We plan to move this into a paid, full-time role as the company grows. We expect this to happen mid to end of 2025.
