We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven, and visionary Marketing Manager to join our team at Skylr Infinite. You’ll play a key role in building and growing our brands, Valkence and Waivly, by creating and implementing new growth strategies, supporting social media content, running campaigns, driving PR efforts, and helping secure partnerships. If you’re all about taking things from zero to a hundred, building brands, launching products, and thriving in fast-paced, creative and social spaces, this is your place.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the team to develop platforms and products with growth in mind
• Building partnerships and fostering relationships with influencers and brands
• Creating and implementing growth strategies, techniques, and tactics
• Staying on top of the latest trends and changes in our spaces
• Driving PR efforts and getting our brands out into the world
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research
• Supporting and evolving current marketing efforts
• Assisting with social media and platform content
• Optimizing our platforms, content, and offerings

• Has experience driving PR and building brand awareness
• Has proven experience in marketing and brand building
• Is comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
• Is willing to contribute across various company areas

• Has strong collaboration skills for cross-team work

Compensation
As we’re a new and emerging startup, this is a freelance, part-time role with compensation in the form of vested equity after 2 months. We also offer a revenue-share deal structure as soon as you join, which will apply as we hit various milestones. We plan to move this into a paid, full-time role as the company grows. We expect this to happen mid to end of 2025.
