The essence of the role:

As a Test & Quality Expert, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategies related to test and quality management within our Center of Excellence. You will bring your extensive experience to build and improve testing and quality operations within internal IT and work proactively with future needs. This is a role that requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of quality assurance processes in a fast-paced, changing environment. This is a people manager role and reports to Head of Enterprise Solution in Enterprise IT. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and implement testing and quality management strategies 

• Work proactively to identify and address future testing and quality needs across the organization. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. 

• Manage and mentor a team of experts within the area, providing leadership, guidance, and support. 

• Ensure best practices are followed and contribute to setting company-wide standards for quality management. 

• Drive the transformation and change initiatives to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• At least 10 years of experience in testing and quality management 

• Experienced in building and scaling quality operations within an organization 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out needs and proactively plan for future requirements. 

• Knowledge of testing and quality methodologies, tools, and best practices. 

• Ability to drive change, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a strategic focus
