As a Marketing Operations and Strategy Manager, you’ll be a key partner to marketing leaders—connecting the dots across strategy, process, and execution. You’ll help build the operational foundation that enables marketing teams to run efficiently, scale smartly, and drive results.
In this role, you’ll translate high-level priorities into clear, actionable plans and beautiful, well-structured documents that align stakeholders and drive decision-making. You’ll design scalable processes, build dashboards and tables, track performance against goals, and proactively identify areas for improvement. Whether defining new workflows or supporting resource planning, your work will ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
You bring a sharp eye for detail, a knack for simplifying the complex, and a proactive mindset. You’re comfortable working across teams, managing multiple workstreams, and helping shape both the strategic direction and the operational execution of a modern marketing organization.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this opportunity ranges between $128,000 and $170,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
