Responsibilities
We're hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to help us run a smoother, smarter sales engine. You'll take ownership of Salesforce administration, support our sales processes, and manage key sales tools that keep everything connected.
This role is a mix of hands-on system management, process improvement, and reporting — helping our sales team work more efficiently and drive better results.
You'll be a key part of making sure our sales infrastructure scales as we grow
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user onboarding, permission management, workflows, Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Enforce data hygiene best practices to maintain a clean, reliable CRM environment that supports reporting accuracy and user trust.
- Follow change management and governance best practices when making system updates, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining data integrity.
- Administer and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party sales tools ensuring seamless data syncing and system performance.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day Salesforce and tool issues, providing user support and escalating complex problems to vendors as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and tool integrations to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Partner with GTM and Sales Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations, automation, and process improvements.
- Support lead management, account assignment, opportunity management.
- Develop and maintain actionable reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales pipeline, team performance, and revenue metrics.
- Continuously evaluate existing reporting and operational processes, recommending improvements that drive efficiency, standardization, and pipeline health.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies, user pain points, or data gaps, and recommend scalable solutions that drive sales team productivity and operational excellence.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including user management, Flows, workflows, validation rules, and basic system configuration.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead management, opportunity stages, and CRM best practices.
- Comfortable managing and improving CRM systems (especially Salesforce) to support sales process efficiency and data quality.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across sales and operations teams.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering impactful improvements to systems, processes, and reporting.
- High level of adaptability, initiative, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, skills, and approaches to drive operational excellence.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred, not required
- Ability to handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
