As a Facilities Project Manager at our cutting-edge company, you'll be at the forefront of building the future. From high-tech facility expansions to mission-critical infrastructure upgrades, you'll lead projects from concept to completion—ensuring seamless execution of new construction, renovations, and state-of-the-art equipment installations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project scopes, optimize timelines, and drive strategic initiatives that power innovation. What you'll do:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects, including construction, renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines, allocating resources and tracking dependencies to ensure smooth project flow.

  • Develop Insights:
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and oversee expenditures, providing timely updates to the Facilities Manager.
  • Identify and proactively manage potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed project reports to capture key metrics, highlight progress, and address issues with corrective actions.
  • Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, timelines, and adjustments.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and document lessons learned.


Required qualifications:
  • This role requires 50% travel and flexibility for extended hours to meet project demands.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction or facilities project management, ideally within a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking for construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.


$88,000 - $132,000 a year

Total package details for U.S. based positions:

- Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity

- Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days

of employment)

- Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity


Total package details for International positions which are roles based outside of the United States (where applicable):

- International premium, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, foreign service transfer

allowance, equity, international benefits, visa assistance, and relocation assistance.


Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
