Position Scope
SES AI is looking for a seasoned UX/UI Designer who is excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage startup and shape the experience of our platform and brand. In this role, you’ll report to our Chief Technolgy Officer and work closely with our development team to create the subsequent versions of our application, which means you’ll get to lead the design of our product and iterate over time based on user research and customer feedback. You will be the first full-time designer to join our growing team, so you’ll need to be comfortable spending time both designing our product and engaging in our early marketing efforts.
You will largely work with internal team members on these efforts (e.g. developers, strategists, and leadership), though you’ll interface with potential customers, stakeholders, and vendors as well. You’ll translate user research findings and feedback from potential customers and stakeholders into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs.
This position will be based in our Woburn, MA location.
