A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Business Process Consultant with SPM and SLM.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct workshops
• Demo products and create documentation
• Configure Service Owner Workspace and Service Offering surveys

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) - ESSENTIAL
• Two ServiceNow Certifications (CIS) including ITSM
• Business Process Consultant (BPC) certification - ESSENTIAL
• Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Service Level Management (SLM) - ESSENTIAL
