Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow, HRSD Delegated Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure applications, forms, portals, and dashboards within the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Automate HR processes and manage third-party developer changes while leading testing and reporting
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and provide user support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including building and configuring applications
• Completion of ServiceNow Citizen Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification or equivalent certification required
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 10 years in lieu of a degree
• Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) strongly preferred
