Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyze HR service delivery data from ServiceNow
  • Build dashboards and reports to inform HR decision-making
  • Identify trends and assess the effectiveness of HR knowledge articles and ticket deflection strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Proven ability to build analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong background in HR analytics and metrics
  • Experience with employee care and HR service models is preferred
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and deflection metrics is preferred
