Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with the Xanadu platform release
• Proficiency in building and customizing Playbooks, Flows, and Workspaces
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with 15+ years of experience
