ServiceNow Configuration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Configuration & Asset Management Engineer to support and enhance its Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the CMDB by managing configuration items (CIs), relationships, and data integrity within ServiceNow
• Design and architect CMDB structures aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Support and maintain ServiceNow MID servers and automate CMDB discovery processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10 years in Information Technology
• Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in CMDB and Discovery modules
• Experience supporting MID servers and scripting within ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM frameworks
