Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules
  • Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support roadmap planning and delivery
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 4+ years in an architect-level role
  • BS/BA in a related field (Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Experience in evaluating strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture
  • Proven experience delivering complex solutions in a federal environment
