Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Project Management Specialist to manage customer projects related to Lit and Dark Fiber services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project accountability including scheduling, scope, and budget tracking
• Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines and milestones
• Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing Telecom service delivery projects
• Strong knowledge of Network and Fiber services implementation processes
• Ability to define project dependencies and manage project milestones effectively
• Thorough understanding of Fiber Engineering and Outside Plant processes
• Self-driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service
