TOOLS & PROCESS ADOPTION COORDINATOR

As the Tools & Process Adoption Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the adoption of cutting-edge tools and streamlined processes that enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

Partnering closely with the Tools & Process Adoption Manager, you’ll train, support, and inspire team members to get the most out of our systems—fueling their success and shaping the future of how we work.


Training & User Support:
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including guides, FAQs, and instructional content.
  • Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) tailored to different user levels.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and troubleshooting to assist users in resolving tool-related issues.


System & Process Troubleshooting:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for system-related questions, resolving common issues and escalating complex ones.
  • Test system updates to ensure smooth functionality and address user concerns.


Feedback & Improvement:
  • Collect user feedback to identify challenges and improve tools, training, and processes.
  • Run surveys and assessments to track adoption effectiveness and areas for enhancement.


Communication & Change Management:
  • Create and distribute communications on system updates, best practices, and process changes.
  • Maintain user support resources, including troubleshooting guides and quick-reference materials.


Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track adoption metrics (e.g., participation, usage trends) and generate insights to guide improvements.
  • Present findings to the Tools & Process Adoption Manager to support decision-making.

  • Increased adoption of tools and streamlined processes.
  • Improved efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
  • Positive feedback on training and support resources.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.


Desired Education, Skills & Experience
  • Strong ability to learn, teach, and support new systems and processes effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot basic system issues, and suggest improvements.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various teams.
  • Experience in training, coaching, instructional design, or technical support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with company-specific operational tools and systems is preferred but not required.


$42,588 - $57,000 a year
