Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Video and Motion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creative and strategic vision for all video and motion content across marketing efforts
• Lead and mentor a team of internal and external video creators, managing roles, timelines, and budgets
• Develop and maintain production workflows, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and on-budget delivery of projects

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in video production, post-production, and motion graphics, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling across various formats
• Experience managing production teams and working with freelance/agency partners
• Advanced knowledge of production pipelines and editing/motion tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
