Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan design sprints and collaborate with product owners and engineering teams
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to enhance design iterations
• Facilitate discussions and adapt lean UX methodologies in an agile environment

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar UX design role
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of lean UX and design sprint methodologies
