Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tools Engineer to enhance development workflows for a new multiplayer adventure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, maintainable C++ tools and workflows for Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to understand needs and propose effective solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of tool initiatives from ideation to deployment and support

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience writing production-level C++ code with contributions to large-scale codebases
• Able to drive projects from concept to deployment and maintenance
• Proven ability to manage time and resources while balancing competing priorities
• Able to articulate technical concepts and advocate for quality standards
• Able to plan work according to priority and deliver value incrementally
