Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Braze subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities
• Own and optimize strategic member acquisition programs across various channels using Braze
• Work cross-functionally to ensure proper event tracking, data flow, and alignment of messaging with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enrollment marketing with a strong technical foundation in modern martech platforms
• Deep hands-on experience in setting up personalized marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance personalization
• Comfortable working with product data, APIs, and user attributes; SQL experience is a plus
• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement automated B2C journeys at scale
