Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Lead / Principal Engineer to guide the architecture and technical delivery of digital growth products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and direct the technical architecture across various platforms, ensuring scalability and integration of emerging technologies
• Champion AI-augmented delivery, identifying blockers and creating clarity for engineering and business teams
• Partner with product managers to align product decisions with technical feasibility and guide long-term technical evolution

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical lead or architect in digital product teams
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce, Vercel, React, and willingness to learn new platforms
• Experience with cloud-native systems, preferably on Azure
• Understanding of API-first architecture and scalable integrations
• Familiarity with AI-augmented delivery models and low-code tools
