Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to support and enhance software applications within their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve software and process-related issues from internal or external customers
• Document specifications, design, and operation of applications prior to production rollout
• Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure the completeness of system requirements

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
• 4-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience working in Linux-based environments
• Experience with Java frameworks and IT automation tools (Ansible)
• Proven track record of managing a successful product throughout its lifecycle
