Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer - Claims Engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable backend systems for critical product workflows
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct code reviews for engineering excellence
• Drive architectural decisions and lead cross-team technical initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with end-to-end production systems
• Strong expertise in backend languages (Python preferred), data modeling, and service architecture
• Ability to scope, build, and ship impactful solutions
• Experience in dynamic environments with a focus on performance and reliability
• Experience with Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, and/or Health Insurance Systems is a plus
