Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Social Intelligence (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Transform social data into strategic insights for brand and marketing decisions
• Build dashboards and define processes for actionable social listening insights
• Monitor social trends and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance community engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
• At least two (2) years of experience in an analytics, research, or insights role
• At least one (1) year of experience analyzing social data
• Bachelor's degree in market research, analytics, engineering, economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with social listening tools, preferably Brandwatch
