Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Social Intelligence to analyze social data and develop actionable recommendations for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and define scalable processes for actionable social listening insights
• Develop listening rules and real-time alerts aligned with business priorities and brand objectives
• Consult on social listening to monitor brand sentiment and assess brand affinity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
• At least two (2) years of experience in an analytics, research, or insights role
• At least one (1) year of experience specifically analyzing social data
• Bachelor's degree in market research, analytics, engineering, economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficient in using social listening tools and strong analytical skills
