Senior Site Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Site Contracting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements
• Analyze contract requests and translate them into appropriate contracts and budgets
• Provide specialized support for negotiations and ensure compliance with corporate processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research
• Knowledge of the clinical development process and at least 2 years of negotiation experience
• Familiarity with clinical research processes and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of MS Office and database management
