Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Designer (contingent).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex service design engagements, integrating practices into project management
• Act as the primary client contact for service design, ensuring alignment between user needs and client goals
• Implement mixed-method discovery approaches to inform service design strategy and validate design assumptions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in service design leadership with a focus on user experience and business outcomes
• Strong research proficiency in both undefined and defined problem spaces
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple high-profile projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within teams
• Experience in a client services organization is preferred but not required
