Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Configurator Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements for Salesforce configuration projects
• Develop user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solution design
• Lead configuration of Salesforce products and ensure project-related artifacts are completed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Advanced experience in documenting user stories and process flow diagrams
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Cloud products, particularly Sales and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio
• Advanced English skills
