Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers to drive growth and build trust
  • Define and iterate on the Strategic Accounts playbook for public sector expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and analyze performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing SaaS sales teams
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience
  • Experience selling into public sector customers is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns and scale strategies
  • Experience using Salesforce and outbound sales tools is preferred
