Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Quality Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply threshold limits for retail customers and assess prospective customers for onboarding compliance
• Manage customer communications regarding the CSMP process and escalate issues as necessary
• Identify opportunities for programmatic efficiencies and conduct ongoing due diligence reviews for customer requests

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to apply working knowledge of concepts and principles to perform varied tasks
• Experience working on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Judgment within defined parameters with general guidance on new projects
