Senior Pursuit Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pursuit Specialist to craft high-quality proposals and presentations in the A/E/C industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development by creating customized proposals, statements of qualification, and presentations
• Execute proposal planning and development activities, including pre-RFP preparation
• Collaborate with project pursuit teams to gather information and tailor content to RFP requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or proposal development in the A/E/C industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the pursuit lifecycle with a commitment to high-quality standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign and Acrobat
