• Provide technical support and deliver user training on SPD tools and technologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with various technological systems, including proposal management software
• Ability to implement technological systems with minimal oversight
• Experience in creating and delivering training and communications related to tools
